Has anyone else been feeling the need to shake things up and give their life a refresh of late? The start of a new year offers us a beautiful opportunity to look back on all we’ve done in the past year and lovingly assess what’s worked, what hasn’t and what we’d like to do differently. This can relate to many different areas of lives (our relationships, careers, home, diet and skin care - just to name a few) and has the potential to create huge positive shifts.

Although I’m a huge advocate for people doing a ‘life assessment’ regularly, the change in seasons offers us a beautiful opportunity. Naturally, as the seasons change, so does our energy and so do our lifestyles. The onset of Summer in the Southern Hemisphere as well as the beginning of a new year may well be a beautiful opportunity for you to take stock of where you’re at in your life, what’s important for you to prioritise and take forward, and what you wish to release.


So what does this ‘life assessment’ mean for my life? And what might it mean for yours?

In my relationships I’m focusing on spending more time with people who are supportive and who nourish me. The ones who make me feel like anything is possible and who feel like my personal cheerleaders!

In adventure I’m in the USA! Feeding my need to get outside of my everyday bubble, explore and be re-inspired! LA, Vegas, NYC and DC ... Here. I. Am. Baby and soaking up every moment! Meeting people who are making me want to crave more adventure…Hawaii, India maybe even Europe?!

In business I’m excited to be creating some awesome new content for you. Think: recipes, skin health tips, wellness hacks and the low down on new treatments and devices on the market. For my health and wellbeing I’m exercising most days, saying ‘no’ to things that don’t excite me or that I know won’t add value to my life and eating fresh wholefoods that energise me. I’m trying my best not to get too caught up in doing ‘all the things’ now that the festive season has been and gone, but instead, remembering to take time out to care for myself.
